Nintendo of Europe has confirmed that there will be some great games coming to the 3DS eShop this year! Making the top of my personal most anticipated list is Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins, Metroid 2, Mega Man: Dr. Wily’s Revenge, Mutant Mudds, and Mighty Switch Force, but of course there are more. In addition, the release list confirms that The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords will be hitting the DSiWare shop sometime in September. There are some great titles coming to Nintendo’s download services, and you can view the full release list here.

Here’s some bad news for Mega Man Legends fans. It turns out the game can’t come out without some potentially serious legal problems for Capcom. Licensing issues with the IP and voice acting is unfortunately keeping Capcom from releasing the two games in the Mega Man Legends series before the third comes out on the 3DS.

It’s some very sad news as I know fans of that series absolutely love it. The positive reaction to the announcement of Mega Man Legends 3 obviously showed Capcom that those hardcore fans still love the series. It’s a shame, but unfortunately it’s negative aspect of legal issues in video games.
