After seeing The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, many fans were wondering why the game’s less talked about sequel Majora’s Mask wasn’t getting the same treatment. Has Nintendo completely forgotten about the Zelda game featuring the moon crashing into the Earth? It seems not! Eiji Aonuma said that Majora’s Mask has a chance of being on the 3DS. Here’s exactly what Aonuma had to say.

Looking for another nostalgic time machine to take you back to the Nintendo 64 days? Nintendo is happy to help with this new trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D. The trailer was uploaded to Everybody’s Nintendo Channel on the Nintendo Wii, and it has been uploaded to YouTube.

I just received my copy of this month’s Nintendo Power, and I will be updating the site with any new information I can find from it. First, here are the scores in the issue.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D – 9.5
BlazBlue: Continuum Shift II – 8.5
Cubic Ninja – 4.0
Pinball Hall of Fame: The Williams Collection 3D – 7.0
Kung Fu Panda 2 (DS) – 4.5

Not handheld related, but Nintendo Power gave the Wii version of Kung Fu Panda 2 a 2.5. Youch!

Nintendo teased us yesterday saying that a new trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D would be released today. That trailer has since been released, and it showcases the new features of the updated port for the 3DS. It’s actually sort of confusing why Nintendo would release such a trailer because, truthfully, there aren’t that many new features in the game.

The trailer shows the new hint system, the touch screen enabled inventory, and the boss rush mode. And that’s it. I don’t know… I don’t really see the point. Anyways, it’s always nice to see new footage of this game regardless.

Preorder the game today at Amazon!

Nintendo of Australia and EB Games are giving you a great reason to pre-order The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D. Aussie gamers who choose the retailer will receive an Ocarina and a some sheet music for playing Zelda’s Lullaby on the Ocarina.

In my opinion, that’s the kind of pre-order bonus that actually makes me want to commit to a retailer. Fingers crossed that Nintendo of America decides to offer a similar pre-order bonus!
