About Us – What is the Handheld Gaming Blog?

My name is Nash Glover and I run the blog you see here. The Handheld Gaming Blog is a blog dedicated to bringing its readers the latest in handheld gaming news. Right now, we are focused on the major gaming-centered handheld devices like 3DS, NGP, PSP, DS, and GBA. I don’t cover iOS/Android gaming at the moment. It’s not that I don’t care about these platforms, and it’s certainly not because I’m elitist. I’m frankly just unsure about my ability to remain updated with the latest in gaming for all these devices. It is my goal to, at some time, cover iPad/iPhone/Android devices, however, I’m not sure when that time will come.

Right now I’m devoting this blog to news on Sony and Nintendo’s portable gaming devices. I wish to remain balanced in the midst of the insane fanboy wars that at time separate the gaming community. I love handheld gaming on any device, and I think it’s very important for the industry.
